Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can answer my question, i want to put my common law partner on my application...what conditions would he have to meet? Can anybody tell me or point me in the right direction, please?

To qualify as common law partners, you need to have lived together for at least 12 months.

not only lived together, but have shared your life, established conjugal relations and more.

Be prepared for an interview on this issue, they will ask ALL sorts of ques.

they wud just try to test if you 2 are 'partners' or not.
