This letter confirms that Ms. ....works with..... as a registered practical nurse. ms....has been working with ...... in this capacity since july 2011. she is employed on a permanent casual basis. Ms.... annual income for 2011 was $7707.00, for the 2012 period, Ms.... has so far earned an annual income of $2520.00.
Ms... works in long term care facilities and clinics through the agency. Her job duties include the provision of nursing care to geriatric patients, medication administration, wound care, supervision of personal support worker staff, monitor patient progress and liason with doctors, other nurses and the directors of care on the status and progress of patients.

I dont know if this letter is okay..there is no mention of hourly wage because the document checklist didnt mention to include hourly wage. i submitted the checklist and they wrote according to the checklist. I will include my final paystubs to prove my hourly wage with this company because the hourly wage is always mention on the paystub.. pls seniors read and let me know if anything else need to be addressed. I have one more employer to get letter from and then i will be sending my application next week.. Thanx everyone.
