another new application under 29 occ list

if already applied under old system of pre feb 2008- (in jan 2008) - so if I put another application under new 26 jun rules of 29 occ list, now what will happen. is there any benefit or pros and cons.
kindly guide.

According to the old rules (post feb 2008 and pre jun 2010), one may have two applications in (one from pre feb and one from post feb). The pro is that if you qualify then your application may move faster. You only need to withdraw one application at a later stage (not sure what stage) but make sure you find that out and withdraw the application that is not moving. I presume this ability to apply twice is true for the post Jun 2010 process if one has an application from pre-feb 2008. Remember, I am no expert.
