Hello again :)
For application form IMM1344E (application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking) page 2, I would like to clear up the meaning of 2 questions. I know lots of people have posted about this but I still can't understand what my answer is to the following questions.
1) "Are you a Canadian Citizen living exclusively outside Canada?"
2) "Do you reside in Canada and no other country?"
My situation in short- I am a Canadian citizen renting a place with my Husband in Georgia. We are living together in Georgia. I am in Georgia as a tourist ( I can stay for up to 360 days without a visa) and do not have any kind of residency here. I am currently unemployed. I filed income tax for 2016 in Canada. I left Canada in September 2016 and traveled in South America for 4 months with my husband. We returned to live together in Georgia at the end of January 2017. I have no property or job in Canada. I have a Canadian bank account and license. My mailing address and permanent address is in Canada at my parents house.
I am a bit confused to answer these 2 questions, as I am living outside of Canada at the moment, but do not have residency in any other country.
Any advice would be appreciated greatly, thank you

It does not matter what kind of visa you are on, or what status you have in the other country. You could be a visitor for a couple of years, and if you were outside of Canada all that time, you would say you were living exclusively outside of Canada. You could not say you were residing in Canada, even with a permanent address and some ties to Canada. If you are planning to return to Canada soon, you could say you were residing in Canada, and this is just a temporary absence. If you are going to be in Georgia for 6 months or more, I would say you are living exclusively outside of Canada.
If you are a Canadian citizen, you can sponsor even though you are living outside of Canada. In any case, even if you put that you were residing in Canada, the visa officer processing the application would see that you are not residing exclusively in Canada (or not living in Canada at all) and would then expect to see proof of your intent to return to Canada.

Your already out of Canada more then 180 Day's (6 month's)
So better to apply leaving exclusively out side Canada, and put up the proof that you will return to Canada on so n so date if you finalized it or else u can say date is not fixed but you will back as your husband get PR. (intended to return)

Ok here's my situation! I am a snowbird, I have a house in Canada, pay taxes etc. I spend the winter (5 months) down south, where I also own a home. I stay as a "visitor". I want to sponsor my spouse. The wording of the question worries me "Do you reside in Canada and no other country?"
