Another application to complete

Hello, can anyone help with this one?
After my citizenship application status changed to processing, I have just received a new application to complete! It has my information on it such as ICU and Date of birth but all the rest of the questions are left to complete again.
Has anyone else received a new application after submitting theirs?
Or does anyone have an idea why the have sent me a new one to fill again?

Maybe first one you printed out with invisible ink.
Why dont you call CIC and ask rather than looking for answers on a public forum where whatever you get cant rely on it.

It is the same form ? If yes, that's weird.

I did call them all she said was: "fiez-vous a ce qui est ecrit"
refer to what is written on the paper.
its the same application they only added my ICU number and they are requesting the same proof...

Bizarre.

I received a RQ, with almost the sames question but more details and a lot of documentation requested. The form was CIT0171.
