I hope someone can give a legal advice for my friend's situation.

My friend came to Canada as single status and already obtain her Permanent Resident here. And in fact she didn't declared her status before that she get married with her BF.Before she applied Canada they already broke up to her boyfriend and the reason why she didn't declared her status as a married because she followed all her single documents and she have no intention to sponsor her husband because he has already his own family back to Phillipines.
My friend right now is already annulled her marriage in Philippines to her previous record. And now she has a new BF in Philippines and they wanted to get married in HOngkong.

My Questions:

Can my friend get married in Hk with her Bf from Philippines?
If they get married in HK are they still need to get CENOMAR back to Philippines?
If they can get married in Hk can my friend sponsor her future husband here in Canada and the processing will be in HK?
Is the CIC still ask for the previous marriage of my friend even if it is already annulled? If they ask for that does it conflict her application because she didn't declared that she have a previous marriage before?
What's the best thing that my friend will do so she can sponsor her future husband here. Please she need help hope someone can give a legal advice. Thanks!

You or your friend already asked this question and got lots of feedback here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/undeclared-marital-status-t366768.0.html

As long as marriage is annulled you can get married again and sponsor husband for PR.
You will need to state info on the previous marriage in the application, and that 1st husband was never declared. It's up to CIC what they do with this information and if it affects this PR app.

Most likely PR processing will be done in Manila, not HK.
