Hi Guys..
I need to do a Transcript Process for WES.

I have done my degree from Anna Malai University from Kuwait. I'm Indian, staying in Kuwait for a while.

Does University charge in $ (dollars) for this process???

Because I have approached one of the agent who providing this paid service for those who are not in the country.
He sent me a quote which says University will charge around $ 250. because you will be considered as a international student.

Pls. send your information n suggestion on this. Would University charge in dollars?
