ANIP - Alberta Tech Pathway - Is it possible to get a pnp under Alberta Tech Pathway if your express entry profile is expiring soon

Hi all,
I have a question regarding Accelerated Tech Pathway under Alberta Express Entry program.
The website for ANIP mentions that candidates are less likely to receive an invitation or nomination if their express entry profile is expiring within five months or less.

I will complete my one year of work experience in March 2025, and my work permt expires in July 2025. If I apply under the Accelerated Tech Pathway, are my chances of receiving an pnp low? I'm wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat

My occupation will be under User Support technicians, which is eligible for ATP. I currently do not have a job offer from an Alberta employer, but wondering what my chances are to get nominated from Alberta since I will need to move from BC.
My current CRS score is very low sitting at 437 without LMIA or French

A job offer is mandatory for tech pathway, so you would not be nominated. What pathway are you eligible for in BC?

Yes I know that, my question is if I get a job offer from an eligible employer and fulfill all the requirements, will I be able to get a nomination or can I be rejected because my express entry profile is expiring in less than five months?

In BC, I would be eligible for International graduate scheme and that is being updated starting next year + has very high scores for tech nominations.

In BC, I would be eligible for International graduate scheme and that is being updated starting next year + has very high scores for tech nominations.

You have a lower chance if EE profile is expiring. Isn’t tech pathway closed right now as per website?

If you have a BC employer who is eligible, can’t hire Canadian/PR and willing to support your nomination then go for BC.
