I received my PER on 26 Jan 2015. It was applied from USA.
So the VO in all probability would be CPC-Ottawa.

Now, the spouse and I are expecting our first baby in the last week of April 2015.

At the present processing rate, we are expecting to receive the MR sometime in March 2015 (well before the baby's arrival).
We plan to inform the VO after receiving the MR about the pregnancy and new addition to family.

I looked at the following options:-

Option 1-
I, the principal applicant, alone will get the medicals done and send it to the VO for continuing the processing.
Wife will defer it due to X-Ray reason and get it done after the delivery.

Option 2-

I, the principal applicant, will get the medicals done. Wife will get all tests except X-Ray and send the results to the VO for processing.
X-Ray and the baby's medicals can be done after delivery.

Option 3-
All of us request the VO, defer the medicals - until the baby arrives, gets its passport & birth certificate - and then we all get MR processes done together.

Of these 3 options does any one of them have a specific advantage over the other?
Is there anything that can be done differently apart from these options?
