Analysing my chances into Carleton University

I wanna apply to Carleton University to study M.Eng Civil Engineering (Jan 2020).
My cgpa from LAUTECH (a Nigerian university) is 3.62/5 (I.e 3.17/4 after converting through WES).
PLEASE, what are my chances.
