An urgent request

Hi everyone,
I got Nova Scotia nomination and 600 points were added to my CRS, I just got the ITA from the express Entry (with 969 points) and I'm preparing my documents to submit.
The point is that I want to get married and my questions are :
1- Does getting married make any risk for me and receiving the visa or PR?
2- When is the proper time for getting married and also changing my marital status on my profile? (I want to avoid any risks as long as being sure of leaving my country with my husband.)

So I can get married before submitting my documents, after submitting or even after receiving my AOR and there's no risk for me, but
which one makes my application complex and causes the process take a longer time that I avoide it?
