Hello, I’m a Vietnamese international student and I’m currently studying at Kedge Business School in Marseille, France. Canada has always fascinate me since I was young and the idea of working and living in Canada has been stuck with me ever since. So i’m hoping that someone here can help me with advices for my future path.

Here’s my situation. I’m in the International Business Administration Bachelor (IBBA) program and at the moment, I will be starting my 2nd year of university this September. In my program there are 8 semesters:
  • 1&2 Semester: I studied at Kedge for fundamental knowledge.
  • 3&4 Semester: I’ll spend the 3rd in Kedge and an Internship of my choice for my 4th (but not in Canada yet).
But starting from the 4th semester is where it gets complicated. From now, I have the option to either do:
  • A classic exchange program for my 5&6 Semester in school A of my choice and school B for my 7th and an internship in the same country as the 7th semster for the 8th semester.
  • Or I can do a double degree program which I can get 2 degrees by studying only at 1 school for the 5th, 6th and 7th semester with an internship at the same country for the 8th semester.
However, there’s no double degree program in Canada otherwise it would have make thing much easier for me.
So with that information, I managed to plan out 3 options that I can take:
  • I can either pick 2 Canadian universities for my 5th and 6th semester in school A and 7th semester in school B and an internship also in Canada for the last semester.
  • Or I can do a double degree program in a school in the US or the UK for my 5th, 6th and 7th semester with an internship in the same country to get a 2nd degree from there and get a job in Canada straight away or work in the US or the UK for a few years then move to Canada.
  • Or I can do the same thing as the second option but this time I stay back in the US or the UK because it’s technically impossible to move to Canada.
Which option do you think that would allow me to be able to work in Canada and maybe become a part of the amazing country, if possible.
I would really appreciate any thought on my case here and thanks in advance.
