I have got my biometrics on old passport as I didn't know it became invalid as soon as I got my new passport.
Now, I want to intimate IRCC about my new passport, how can I do so ?
My application is till in progress, will this have any impact on the same ?
Please help.

You need to send them an update of your passport through webmail. Also explain biometrics was done using the old passport (which they already have).
What’s your biometrics status on the tracker?

Biometrics have been updated in my profile on the basis of the old passport only.
