I am a CEC candidate and I just submitted my PR application after getting the ITA mid of this month. Currently in the IRCC website, the processing time for CEC application is showing as 15months. I am sure this timeline varies from person to person as it depends on multiple factors(Like location of processing, background verification etc.). For example last year I saw people got their COPR within 2-3 months after submitting the application. Just trying to see if that is happening this year too with some people. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
Among those who had got their ITAs after the FSW draw resumed this July, is there anyone who also got the COPR?
