Amending new born to sponsorship help

Hi!

I submitted an inquiry to the VO regarding the procedure to add new born children to the sponsorship (sponsor/father is PR, I am the applicant and I will give birth in my home country)

They responded, but things are not clear enought for me:

"As soon as the children are born, submit copies of their Birth Certificates (with certified translations).

Also, please be advised that the children may be attached to the current sponsorship as soon as they are born. The sponsor will need to contact CPC-Mississauga and request the amendment of the sponsorship . Certificats de Selection du Quebec, medicals and fees for the children will be required. Please note that you may be asked to redo the medical examination ( totally or partially) after the delivery"

I will send the birth certificates translated to the VO here as soon as possible. But I'm having trouble with the next paragraph. If anyone knows how this goes, help would be much appreciated, because I really want to send everything they need from the beginning and avoid any more delays. I'm am currently at stage 2, so my application is already at the VO. I want to know what papers I send where, after birth

1. When contacting CPC-Mississauga for amendment, we will have to send them the CSQ, the medical form copy 2, and the receipt for the fees? Are there any forms we need to add, like updated Family Information or other? Or we send that to the VO directly?
I want to know exactly how is the amendment done, what papers they want so we can send everything in one shot.

2. Regarding CSQ, is it the same procedure as it was for me? (undertaking forms and CSQ form? or only CSQ form? There are different fees if I remember correctly). It takes a few weeks to receive it, do we wait for the CSQ and after that we contact Mississauga office?

I'm sorry I seem so confused, but I am :-[ ... anyone who has an idea about this, please share... a link or a quote for the procedure from the OP?

Here's the procedure to 'add' the newborn into your PR application.

Submit the following::

1. Immigration Forms:

a. Form IMM0008 - Updated with dependant child

b. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.pdf
(to be signed by the PA )

c. Child's birth certificates (which name their parents)
d. Child's Travel Documents or Passports
-Only include copies of the bio-page of the child showing the pp No., date of issue and expiry, photo, name, date and place of birth.

(If u live in a country different from your nationality - include the copy of the page where his/her visa for the country where you currently live.)

2. Four (4) recent photos of child.

3. Application Fees: $150 for a family member of the PA..
