I have a visa to visit a friend once a month for 6 to Canada
I am traveling soon
Can I hire a lawyer to get permanent residence?
Can I find a job and convert visas and making money to work and others?
Is if presented in times Upcoming will be a visa easier

If you wish to immigrate to Canada then you will have to qualify to apply and submit an application under one of the following programs:

You can apply with or without a lawyer. It is up to you.

If you wish to work in Canada after you arrive as a visitor then you will first have to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job, that employer will then have to obtain an approved LMIA, and then you will have to apply for a work permit. It is usually difficult to find employers who are willing to go through this process because it is very expensive and takes a lot of time.

There are different ways to get a PR - through work experiences (home country or in Canada), get married with a Canadian, or family sponsorship.

Look through CIC's website for the best available option for you. You can't just hire a lawyer can get a PR - it's not that simple.
