am i qualify for sinp

came saskatoon as as worker cook
working as well
to my knowledge after six month working in saskatoon i can apply sinp
but my problem i am getting only 30 hours instead of 40 hours

so my question can i apply after six month

or

as bcz i m not working 40 hours a week so i cant apply sinp

any help must be appreciated
