Im a 23yr old IT professional working in support for a company in Toronto.
I'm currently on a work and travel visa. This is about to expire on the 3rd of december. We tried once to file an LMO application but it did not get throug.
I think this was because we did not include the job post from the jobbank website.
The lady said that my job is not not in shortage in canada.

My question, is there reasonable probability for me to get a positive LMO when applying again with the proof of advertisement? Can everyone get a positive LMO for any Job if just advertised for long enough?

Unlikely as there seems to be surplus of PRs/Canadians unemployed in the IT sector.

But my employer really couldn't find anyone else to do my job properly.
The 2 people before me all got fired after half a year. This unfortunately is too far back to reference it to the application.
