Given your marks, you should expect it will be more difficult to get a study permit approved by CIC. You'll want to ensure you achieve high IELTS scores to try to overcome your low bhms marks. You don't need an agent.

I got 6.5 overall with L-7.5, S,R,W-6, is it enough or it should be higher than this??

It's an OK score - but not a great score. You can certainly try applying. You're going to have to submit a strong SOP to demonstrate you're a genuine student and to overcome your low marks. Good luck.
