Am I eligible ?

I am from Nepal and my age is 20. I have work experience of around 2 years in waiter. I was doing part
time work along with studies Now i have recently passed +2 board (15 years of schooling). I also have done
IELTS and secured 6.5 in each band. Now I am applying for job in online sites like www,jobbank,gc,ca and
I also have sent some application to some restaurants .Now I want to ask

Is there chances of hiring me?
In which immigration law should I go if I will hired?
Will high commission of Canada reject me?


I know nothing please give some idea.

Don't expect job as a waiter. They have enough people for that. There are so many jobless people here who are ready to do that. Try other way.

It's unlikely a restaurant going through a LMIA process to hire a foreign nationals, but you should try.

Some big companies like Mc Donalds and Tim Hortons were very actives hiring Temporary Foreign Workers, but nowadays is harder.

Did you got a diploma? Try to get work experience in that area to be able to apply in the future for PR
