Am I eligible to come back to Canada

Hey guys,

I will be traveling to Canada in September this year, and my visa is expiring in October this year... DO I NEED TO RENEW MY VISA? i have to be in Canada in September, I am afraid if i renew it, it might take longer time.

My PGWP will expire in may 2013, and hence i am hoping to get a job in Canada for one year and apply for PR under CEC, WILL I BE QUALIFIED? I HAVE A CANADIAN DEGREE FROM CANADA(4 years),,,

if your work permit is valid and you have valid TRV to enter canda you can com and stay here. if you want go back to your home country and again you seek re entry then only you need valid TRV. that you can apply after you landing here. but make sure wheather your PGWP is valid or not........!!!
