Canadian experience class you had to apply within 1 year of leaving Canada. You would have to meet the criteria at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp or you could apply under the H1B program in Alberta.http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/campaigns/h1b.html
