Am I eligible to apply under CEC class, NOC 2174 ?

Dear all,

I just received my IELTS score today and I got L=> 6.5, R=> 6.5, S=> 6.0 and W=> 6.0. I will soon be applying under CEC class, NOC-2174. I thought I just need to score 6 in every module to be eligible to apply under CEC for NOC A. Please let me know if my score is good enough to apply under CEC for NOC A (2174) ?

No. Listening is too low.for a NOC A.

NO - minimum score allowed for all four sections is a "6"

do you know if it's accepted having just a separat result for Listening or I need to take it all over again? I see CELPIP is offering exam just for L+S too. Dont know if this would be accepted..

I am also currently working in Canada but without an LMA as it's not required. Do you know why they do not consider this as under job offer score?
