I have scored 38 marks in 12th maths and having 56 percent in 12th and 70 percent in 10th.
Current i am persuing bsc.it
Sem1 .8.0
Sem2 8.8
Sem 3 7.2
Sem4. 8.2
This are my 2 years pointer my sem 5 and 6 is in process.

I want to go Canada for networking and security course. I had a counseling with a person he told me maths marks should me min 41 . So will that be an issue ?

You need to ask the college, school, or institution you're thinking of taking courses at. Each will have different requirements

That's the thing. There is no basic rule. Each college, institution, and program is different.

So is it possible to get admission in Canada with maths marks as 38 and having a good pointer (8.0) in graduation i.e bsc.it

Your BSc grades will be the ones that really count. Good marks during your bachelors should override bad marks in secondary school. The courses you mentioned are very popular so admission grades will be very competitive and only a certain percentage of spots are reserved for international students.

If i maintain 8+ pointer thorough out my bsc.it degree that will override my bad marks in 12th right. Including this i have also done certification in google (4 certificate) Microsoft (1) from various certificate from udemy and coursera and also i am learning ccna right now from NIIT. So do i need to fear about my 12tg bad score performanc?

Apply and see what happens as nobody here can do more than speculate, only the college/University will be able to give an answer.
