Am I eligible for Skilled Worker group?

I'm from India. I have a Bachelor degree in Eng. Litt., a PG Diploma in Mass comm., An advanced Diploma in Multimedia and soon going to have a certificate in Fine & Commercial Arts. I have worked as an Creative designer cum visualizer in a small Web Development firm for last 3 years. My Skilled Worker Self-Assessment test grades me 69. But the eligibility list at www.cic.gc.ca doesn't quite match to any of my qualificatio to a T. So am I eligible for applying as Skilled worker? And if I am, do I have any decent opportunity of getting job there, since I have no arranged job lined up?

If your job in the list of 38 occupations, then you are not illegible.

If you have a arranged employment from Canadian company then the list does not apply to you.

38 jobs? In this website here (http://www.workpermit.com/canada/employee_list.htm) there seems to be more than 38 jobs of what I am assuming is the NOC list. Correct me if I am wrong.
