Am i eligible for OINP ? Thanks

30 yrs old, married
IELTS CLB9
3 yrs of experience in NOC 2242 in last 5 years
Have CRS score of 474 in EE
don't have any relatives in Canada, no job offers or anything like that.

Are there any other PNP's that might work for me ? How do i get letter of interest from OINP ?

Since you have a pretty high score 474, it's very likely you will be directly selected by EE.
Probably you don't need to wait for any PNP at all.

Yeah, but ITA score hasn't dropped yet, so i'm exploring other options while awaiting ITA from EE.

OINP is scheduled to re-open in november. You would qualify if OINP does not make any changes to their eligiblity criteria. But I think they may bring in some additional criteria this year. Lets wait and see.
