Am I eligible for creating an EE profile at the moment?

Part-time = 183.5 hours/30 hours = about 6 weeks
Full-time (~present) = 48 weeks (including this week)

total # of weeks of working full-time = 54 weeks

Also, It has been more than 1 year since I started the part-time job,
and my job turned full-time right away as soon as my part-time ended.

Can I create my own EE profile now then? Please advise!
