Am I eligible for CEC?

hi,

I am an international student and I have just complete my 2 year study in general business administration. I have recently got a job in an Italian restaurant as a cook. I would like to know does this job makes me eligible to apply under CEC after 1 year.

The NOC code for cooks is 6322 -
