Am i eligible for an open work permit????

Hi,
I have applied for my PR through PNP program. I have to renew my work permit in august. presently I have an open work permit, and my PR medicals are also done. So when I apply for a renewal of my work permit is that going to be a same open work permit or is it going to be a closed one. I have this doubt because some of my friends in same category got closed work permit.
Also if I am getting an open work permit for 1 yr or 2 yrs, am I eligible to apply for a work permit for my wife? (am a skill level B employee).

if your wp is valid for more than 6 months your spouse can apply,
seems you will get a closed wp this time bcoz for bridging wp you have to apply 4 months prior to expiry of your current wp (not retty sure on this)

To be eligible for a bridging open work permit, the applicants must:

Currently be in Canada;
Have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within 4 months;
Have received confirmation from CIC that their permanent resident application is eligible under one of the four Economic Classes (FSWP, CEC, PNP and FSTP), and;
Have made an application for an open work permit.

Hope you all doing well. Could you please tell me about my situation, My work-permit will be expiring in 4 months exactly.I applied PR under FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER category.I am done my medicals and landing fee.CIC requested us some more documents of wife and collecting to send them.
Am I eligible for OPEN WORK-PERMIT?
