I’ve been in the express entry pool since August 2017 with absolutely no chance of receiving an ITA. recently I took the French TEF Canada test and my scores are matching CLB7 and above.
Also my IELTS is matching CLB7 but my EE score is 356. Do I have a chance of receiving an NOI under the French speaking program of Ontario? Is it true that i need to withdraw and recreate my profile to stand better chances of being selected?
