Am I allowed to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker if I have mild aspergers and ADHD?

I'm currently in university right now, studying to become a software engineer so I know it will be a few years until I actually apply but I just want to know if having mild aspergers and ADHD will hinder my application as a Federal Skilled Worker (I know that some Anglo countries don't really like disabled immigrants). I don't need any medical care except for my ADHD meds (lisdexamfetamine), and my aspergers is not very noticeable meaning I've been able to hold jobs and get through school just fine.

I am no medical professional, but you sound admissible. Definitely no danger to public health, and excessive demand appears to be quite a stretch.
