Hello I want to know has IRCC thrown me into the deep pit of security screening. As per my gcms I m officially under s15(1).

Shall I expect more than an year from now to receive my ppr. My Aor is 13 August 2018. I m very worried as there are lot of things that I wanted to do with a hope of getting ppr in 6 months. Now it seems I have to wait at least two times more than what I have already done

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Check your activities section. How many activities for security do you have? Usually s.15 does indicate security screening, although I never had it in my GCMS notes throughout my screening process.

If your have crossed 2-3 months post Eligibility, then your chances of being in SS is very high. The eligibility takes place in 2 stages, first an analyst or an assistant will review your file and make a recommendation. Then an officer will review it and make a final determination on it. It is after this that if you have crossed 2-3 months, then you are probably in SS.

I say probably, because the only way to know is through CBSA notes, as most CBSA notes do not retract security related activities.

Merely having s15/16 does not mean you are in SS. Most GCMS notes will have some details retracted under s. 15/16

So I guess it’s time to order cbsa notes.
Thanks for your response.

Just one more question. Case processing agent passed my eligibility before sept 20 2018 in CIO and as per my lastest game I believe an agent in my primary office which in London visa office has passed my criminality and eligibility before 5 December. By officer do u mean officer in London visa office or in CIO. Because even in CIO my application was checked by Program Assistant first and then by Case Proceesing Agent

For eligibility there can be upto 3-4 notes. One will be by an assistant or analyst, and the next will be by an officer. It is the officer's note that I am referring to.

Hey, I have activity 1-9 redacted and S15(1) is written at the top right side. Am I under security screening?
