Hi guys,

Am a permanent resident in canada and my mom and dad is living in india, and mom is dialysis patient for the last 3 years....can i bring both of them here to Canada and join them with me...

Unfortunately it's highly unlikely you can bring your parents to Canada to live with you here. To bring them here permanently, you would have to sponsor them for PR and both will have to pass a medical to prove they won't be a burden on the Canadian health care system. The costs of dialysis is very high and it's pretty much guaranteed your mother will fail the medical. If she cannot pass the medical, PR will be refused for both of your parents.

Would also point out that supervisa will likely not be possible either. Insurance wouldn’t cover dialysis costs and your mother is unlikely to pass the medical. Unless you can pay out of pocket for dialysis your mother is unlikely too be able to visit Canada.
 
Tourist visa and a short trip with a plan for paid dialysis are your best bets.
