Am I a non-resident?

I was holding a work permit and worked in Canada between Jan-Apr last year, and I left in May. That means I stayed in Canada for less than 183 days in 2015. I don't have any vehicle/property in Canada, except for a bank account. After leaving Canada, I started working in a country where Canada has tax treaties with for the rest of the year, I was not physically in Canada on 31st Dec 2015 (that's the question you have to answer on the tax return). Am I a non-resident? Do I have to file tax return?
