Am I a citizen

My grandparents and mother were born in Canada.My grandfather was also enlisted in the RCAF though I was born in California am I a citizen?

Yes, if your mother was born in Canada, you are almost certainly a Canadian citizen. If you have children, whether they are Canadian citizens depends on the date of your birth and the date of theirs.
