I need advice about Alternatives for Employer referral letter.
Ideally, Employer referral letter are issues on Company letter head by HR or manager. If they are not able to issue (may be due to any reason), then a notarized declaration by senior (like your manager) would suffice.
However, what if manager/any senior from company is not ready/skeptic about signing such declaration? And even offer letter/appointment letter does not have details of roles and responsibilities?
Is there any other way to establish proof of your responsibilities to officer? I am not sure if my seniors would write such letter for me. Even my company does not have any process to get it.
Please advice, what I can do to prove my job roles/responsibilities.
