Alternative Document for Diploma Certificate

I want to apply for study permit for 3D Animation Program. I have just completed my Diploma in 3D Animation course in India, but I have not issued my certificate of diploma yet. Is there any alternative for it, so that I can prove Visa Officials that I have completed my diploma? The certificate may take days to issue and I have to apply by tomorrow. My institute is saying that they can provide letter head stating that I have completed diploma. Will that work?

Usually the Diploma comes after an year or more of completing the course from a Uni/College. I got Provisional Diploma on the letterhead (stating all of my details with final completion status and aggregate percentage with division) and it worked fine for me. No guarantees if something similar might work in your case. Good Luck.

Can you please share the sample of the letterhead? I want to know the format. It's quite urgent.
