Guys,
I am applying for FSWP PR. I do not have any marriage certificate. Is it mandatory or I can provide any other proof as wedding snap or passports detail where my wife name is also endorsed.

Kindly let me know what can be done.

Hi Sachin... You have the following options:

1. Google "registration of marriage already solemnised"....
2. Court Marriage....

In both cases it will take well over a month to get hold of the certificate.

You need a legal document issued by a competent authority showing your marriage.
...or there's always an option to put your wife as a common-law partner, submit appropriate forms and evidence of long-lasting cohabitations (at least 12 years), such as joint bank account(s), life insurance, common lease agreements and contracts or residential property
