Already two weeks as new tracker updated ( ghost update) but nothing changed

Since new update on August 4-th Everything except test and background still in progress and I don't have any additional information or request from CIC ,is anyone has such experience?

There isn't a standard timeline from test validation to DM or oath. To avoid disappointment, expect it'll take at least 3 to 5 months from test validation date to receive oath notification on the dashboard.
