Already surrendered PR but want to apply again

My self and my wife are working in Indonesia and voluntary surrendered our PR since we could not fulfill our mandatory stay requirement. Our two children has already got the citizenship of Canada. However, now we would like to pursue again our case for PR and join our children there permanently. What is the procedure and how much time would take to get the PR. presently we are having 10 yrs multiple visitor visa.

Since you have surrendered your PR cards and given up your status you will need to apply for PR again from the beginning.
