Already have Visitor Visa. Can I travel ?

Hi All,
I am from India and I already have a visitor visa which is valid for 9 more years. I visited Toronto last year for 15 days. My Spouse is in Toronto for almost a year now. My Family class PR application was submitted in Feb and I did not receive AOR1 yet. Can I travel to Toronto in a month if I get a ticket in Air India (or any other) flight ? Do I need to carry any letter or proof stating the reason for travel with me ? or Do I need any approval from Embassy ?

Thanks

Read the following link you will need to show proof you are immediate family member, possibly to the airline checkin as well whislt the travel restrictions are in place. Also ensure you have an isolation plan with a minimum stay in canada of 15 days, 14 of which would be in isolation apart from family members

Note you should keep watch for any press releases about travel and quarantine given they are due for review July 31 and August 31 respectively and may be extended which seems likely
