Already got Portal 1 But employer cannot be able to pay Salary

My stream is Non EE PNP.

I have already worked for my employer 2 months. This employer helped me to get the nomination confirmation.

But this month, my employer cannot be able to pay my salary for no reason. I only got one month salary.

Last week, I received the Portal 1.

What should I do next?

Even if I successfully get my PR card and change to a new job, will I be rejected when I renew my PR card after 5 years because I have worked too short time for that employer?

If you get ECOPR before you loose your job , you don’t need to do anything. You are PR and you can move and live or work anywhere however if you haven’t got ECOPR before you loose your job , you have to send post nomination request to PNP office and let them know about your situation. They will advise you further.
