Alone/ Single person applicant

Hi everyone, I have been going around all kinds of programs in https://www.canada.ca/en.html .
May be I am dumb. I can't find a proper program and my estimated always low, mainly because I am alone/single applicant with no relatives/friends/sponsor. I first did research on SINP. Now, on 2018, my NOC is not in their On-demand list anymore. So, I am eyeing on Manitoba and also looking at other PNPs. Hope someone can envision me. I am a little lost and yet I am dying to immigrate to Canada. Your help will be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My NOC is 2253 which I’ve been working in since 2013.
I haven’t done ECA but I’m holding B.Tech in Civil eng; which was four-years degree.

NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B is a without Job offer category.
NOC 2131 is in their demand list.

How. Only sinp and ns have without job offer category.

If u will secure more than 400 CRS then Ontario is an option only.
