The whole of the IRCC website is very complex and sometimes difficult to be fully understood at once but, the information is there. It's all there. Read it over and over and you get your answer. If not, simply put, you're in the same situation as I am: the defying obstacle of getting a job offer from abroad, with or without the need of an LMIA.
