Allowed to work in different provience

Hi,

I just received Canadian visa for "Saskatchewan" province which is valid till July.

I'm an IT professional and looking out for a job in the province, however can't find any related to my profile.

Is I'm allowed to work in any other Province due to lack of job availability?

Can go a few months later, explaining some concrete reasons. By showing some proof that had applied in many places, but no job was found. The nostrils of starving have come.

I have got a Visa through SINP which is valid till July. I'm not sure it's a closed or Open Work Permit.

I'm not seeing much jobs for my profile in Saskatchewan, Am I eligible to work in other province?
