Jan 24: aor from cpc missisaugua
Feb 14: biometrics request
Feb 18: sponsor approval
Feb 22: file transferred to LVO

I’m May 2018 applicant
Our file got transferred to London in July and we have not heard anything since then
I feel like once your file get transferred to London you need to forget about it for at least 5 months ..
I of course tried to email them and as usual .. they will remind u that the processing time is 12 months and u need to wait

I haven’t seen any case with London visa office which got approved under 12 months ! They are eating up the whole processing time ! Even if it’s a straight forward file like ours .. still ! Not before 12 months !!

Sept 2018 file sent back to London after winning appeal. Resubmitted police and medical Oct 15. SS started Oct 25. Haven't heard anything since.
