How many Points can I get form my education?

My education details as follows;

Secondary level .......................................................................=12 years
Technical Diploma ( Institute of technology) ..................................= 2 years
Bachelor of science ( civil engineering ) ........................................= 4 year
Higher Diploma ( university higher education degree) .......................= 1 year

Total 19 years

I'm not sure if diplomas count but someone will be along to give us their opinion.

you have a bachelors degree and at least 14 years of education so 20 points.

It says you can get 22 points for a diploma of 3 years but it says 'a' diploma.

Do you need the extra 2 points?
