EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you, your spouse or common-law partner:
• Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or
diplomas;
• College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and
the evaluation committee;
• Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in universitysealed
envelopes.
• Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications
certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

I must submit the transcript of my spouse university diploma, or it may the diploma only?
Additional question: I must submit also Matriculation certificate from school? or only university diploma?

There is nothing wrong if you submit your matriculation certificate ( high school/Secondary School) also in addition to any University certificates. The school certificate supports as an additional proof of your identity, which shows date of birth, name of your father, place etc.
