Hi, all senior members from Pakistan i need ur help i want to know if i got TRV
1 while staying in canada as visitor can i apply for study permit
2 is there any way which can lead me toward PR while staying in canada as visitor
plz reply me as soon as possible i need ur help urgently,,,,,,,

1. The application will have to be submitted to your home country's visa office for processing. Also, you need to show that you have strong ties to your home country to be approved for a study permit and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This is more difficult to prove if you are physically in Canada - so it would be better to return to your home country and apply from there.
2. Being a visitor in Canada alone doesn't qualify you to apply for PR. To apply for PR you must meet the criteria of one of Canada's immigration programs listed here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
