Hey guys,
I work as full time university lecturer outside Canada from 8.1-5.30 every year. And my paystubs all say I work 40 hours a week and full time. But I have 2 months (June, July) each summer when I don't teach and get no salary. Other posts said any hours above 30 hours does not count. So I work only 44 weeks per year. Will cic consider this as full time? I'm pretty sure there are friends out there who is in the same situation. How did you fix this?
I entered the EE pool with NOC 4011 skill level A and CRS 453. In my 2 years working here, I only have offer letter for the first year and got no letter for 2nd year. But I have a letter from my supervisor explaining that I work from 2013 August till now. This letter was for FSW2014. Also I have pay stubs every month. Do you think this will work?
Thanks
